MY TODDLER HAS A FEVER, WHAT IS THE DOSE OF PANADOL?

Panadol is usually prescribed based on weight at a dose of 15 milligrams per kilograms. So for example if you child weighs 20 kilograms then his/her dose of Panadol would be 20 multiplied by 15 which is 300 milligrams. This can be given every 4 to 6 hours.

MY CHILD'S FEVER WILL NOT GO AWAY, WHAT TO DO?

We recommend you see a paediatrician or health care professional as soon as you can.

MY CHILD GETS THE COLD TOO OFTEN, CAN I GET SOME ANTIBIOTICS?

It is very common for children to get upper respiratory tract infections due to viruses. In fact, this can be up to 8 times a year which is normal in the preschooler. It is impractical to give a child antibiotics so frequently. More than that, antibiotics do not work for viral infections and can have side effects like nausea and diarrhea. We recommend you see our Paediatrician if you are still concerned.

Yes. We offer all vaccinations including those for international travel. However, they are usually dependent on stock availability. Give us a call if you need travel vaccines.
